Terms of Service

Last updated: June 24, 2026

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Ga-loo (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please also review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your data. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Ga-loo is a web application that generates printable articulation worksheets for speech-language pathologists (SLPs). Each worksheet is deterministically checked against a phonetic dictionary for the target sound. The Service is a clinical assistant under the supervision of a licensed clinician — it is not a substitute for professional clinical judgment.

3. Payment and Billing

  • Plans: The Service is offered via a monthly subscription and one-time credit packs. One credit corresponds to one generated worksheet.
  • Billing: Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.
  • Refunds: Because the Service provides immediate access to digital content, payments are generally non-refundable.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing cycle.

4. Clinical Responsibility

You remain the final reviewer of every worksheet (human-in-the-loop, aligned with ASHA guidance on generative AI). You are responsible for the clinical appropriateness of the materials you use. The Service never requests a child’s name or any personal data — do not enter such information.

5. Data and Ownership

You retain ownership of the worksheets you generate. By using the Service, you grant us a license to store and process your data solely to provide and improve the Service. We will never sell your data to third parties.

6. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree not to use the Service for any illegal activity or to violate any intellectual property rights.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an “as is” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ga-loo shall not be liable for any indirect damages or loss of profits. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. If a change significantly affects your rights, we will notify you via email at least 30 days before it takes effect.
