Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never store your card details.
Questions
- What counts as a pack?
- One generation in any format: a session pack, minimal pairs, a Cycles kit or a group session. Editing the word list and rebuilding the PDF doesn't count, and if a generation fails, the pack is returned automatically.
- What happens when my free packs run out?
- Everything you made stays in your library. Free packs refill to 3 on the 1st of every month, or go Pro for unlimited packs.
- What if I cancel?
- Nothing is deleted. Your account goes back to Free: every student, goal, session and pack stays in your library, and you still get 3 packs a month.
- Can my school or district pay?
- Every payment comes with an invoice by email, which works for reimbursement. District invoicing isn't available yet; write to support@ga-loo.com if you need it.
- Is any student data stored?
- Only the code you choose for a student, like JT or A3 (please use a code, not a name). We never ask for names or birthdays, and no AI writes about a child: progress notes are built from the trial numbers you enter.
- Is Pro really unlimited?
- For normal caseload work, yes. A fair-use line of 200 packs a month exists only to stop abuse. If you ever reach it, write to support@ga-loo.com.
