Ga-loo provides an AI-powered platform for personalized relocation assessments - matching your profile against immigration and visa programs and generating migration plans. The Service is designed for individuals, families, and professionals exploring relocation options.

Ga-loo is not a law firm and does not provide legal or immigration advice. Reports generated by the Service are for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional legal advice. We recommend consulting a qualified immigration professional before making relocation decisions based on our reports.

4. Payment and Billing

Tokens:

Access to relocation assessments is purchased as tokens. Each token grants one AI-generated report and is charged at the time of purchase.

Refunds:

Refunds for unused tokens may be requested by contacting support. Once a token has been consumed to generate a report, the corresponding payment is non-refundable.

Cancellation:

You may close your account at any time via account settings or by contacting support.

5. Data and Ownership

You retain ownership of all data and content you upload to the Service - including profile information, documents, and assessment results. By using Ga-loo, you grant us a license to store and process your data solely to provide the Service. We will never sell your data to third parties.

6. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and not to use the Service for any illegal activities or to violate any intellectual property rights.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ga-loo shall not be liable for any indirect damages, visa denials, or loss of profits arising from use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Georgia.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. If a change significantly affects your rights, we will notify you via email at least 30 days before it takes effect.
